Method™
It Found Me."
After visiting more than 20 therapists, life coaches, energy healers, and hypnotists, I decided to stop outsourcing my healing and figure it out myself.
What followed was 8 years of listening, learning, hitting dead ends, and slowly — painstakingly — finding my way through a 27-year eating disorder that no one had been able to help me crack. I didn't follow a program. I followed my body.
What actually shapes how I work is the years I've spent training across modalities most therapists never combine.
I didn't collect these certifications to check boxes. I collected them because talk therapy alone was never going to be enough for the women I work with — and it wasn't enough for me, either.
Every modality on that list earned its place because it changed something real: how fast someone could move out of a dysregulated state, how deeply a pattern could shift, how much of the "what is wrong with me" shame could finally lift — no longer a victim to their programmed responses.
It Gets Stuck
Working with women, it became clear that the same framework would work again and again — different areas within them, out of alignment with their own best good. But where it was stuck was different for everyone.
Climb Out Of Codependency
This is the same method and the same set of tools I learned as I climbed out of codependency and began to reconnect to myself — reprogramming what was needed to hold myself regulated and integrated, on a subconscious and a conscious level.
